**Div** is a digital agency based in NYC that specializes in WordPress, Drupal, JavaScript, data migration, native iOS and Android app development, and the fundamentals of enterprise web development.

Each member of the team has at least a decade of experience.

Pantheon’s Partner Manager, **Jasmine Kinch**, referred your project to us. We have worked with Pantheon for nearly a decade and each member of the Div team has completed the **Pantheon Advanced Developer Trainings**.

We hope to be able to be the go-to web development team for **TPCHD**.

## Relevant Work

Each developer on the Div team has worked with both Drupal and WordPress for over a decade, on hundreds of projects including **Drupal** websites for Columbia University and Yale, Pernod Ricard, Bob Dylan, AC/DC, Beyonce, Foo Fighters, The Strokes, many **WordPress** websites including work done for ComicCon, Collect-A-Con, World Affairs Councils of America, and Columbia University. We have done **custom web-based software** for the United Nations, we have done **front-end prototyping** for American Express, we have done **data migrations** for all of our projects including **web-scraping**, **API integrations**, and even client **direct mail campaigns** (direct mail often has a higher ROI than paid ads).

## Proposal

We try to make things really easy for our clients:

We charge a **flat rate of $125 USD per hour for development time**. We do not charge a retainer, we simply charge for *actual development time*. We keep track of our hours using the **Harvest Time Tracking Software** and we send invoices to all active clients at the end of each month.

If you need us, reach out. If you don’t, all good. We’ll be here for you when you need us.

For your project we would estimate the following:

| | | |
| --- | --- | --- |
| | *$125* | *Hourly Rate* |
| **Hours** | **Estimate** | **Description** |
| 16 | $2,000 | Initial Discovery & Project Planning |
| 24 | $3,000 | WordPress Configuration |
| 40 | $5,000 | Content Migration into new WordPress |
| 40 | $5,000 | WordPress Frontend Development |
| 32 | $5,000 | QA, Feedback, Updates |
| 8 | $1,000 | Training & Documentation |
| **160** | **$20,000** | **Total** |

## Timeline

We could begin work on the project on **Tuesday, April 12, 2022**. The project will likely take 6 weeks to complete so we could have your new website live by **June 1**.

---

## The Long Run

It is our goal to continue working with all of our clients for **the long run**. We try to make things as easy as possible for our clients and we generally continue working with each client for many years. You will have a team of highly experienced developers on call if you need assistance.

## Conclusion

We are happy to present this proposal for your review. If you have any questions or need additional information amended to the proposal, please let us know.

Thank you!
