We worked with Washington State to build and launch a WordPress Multisite platform for managing 30 county health department websites. The system allows each site to share a common codebase while supporting local content and customizations—making statewide content management faster, simpler, and more consistent. The challenge was creating a unified system that allowed for both shared infrastructure and site-level flexibility across dozens of counties.
