1up aims to streamline the sales process by providing instant, accurate answers to complex questions using a company’s internal and external knowledge sources.
The platform is designed to minimize AI hallucinations by implementing strict guardrails and ensuring that responses are sourced from verified company data. It also supports bulk question handling, enabling rapid completion of extensive RFPs and security questionnaires.
1up’s platform integrates with various data sources—including Google Drive, Confluence, Notion, and SharePoint—to create a centralized knowledge base. Leveraging multiple Large Language Models (LLMs), it delivers precise, up-to-date responses to sales-related inquiries.
