RecruitMe is Columbia University Medical Center’s centralized platform for matching patients and healthy volunteers with active clinical research trials. The portal currently hosts hundreds of actively enrolling studies, allowing users to browse by specific medical conditions, search by principal investigators, and securely express interest in participation.
Handling health-related inquiries requires uncompromised security. We engineered the data-capture and routing architecture to ensure prospective patient information is sent directly and securely to specific research teams, maintaining strict institutional compliance and privacy standards.
With hundreds of trials opening and closing regularly, we built a robust search and filtering architecture. Users can intuitively navigate a deeply nested taxonomy of medical categories (from Oncology to Pediatrics), while the backend handles the dynamic logic of displaying only actively enrolling studies.
