Div was founded in New York City in 2014, and NYC is still where most of our clients are and where lead engineer Shawn Gregg — former Head of Web Production at Sony Music Entertainment — is based. We know that market: its pace, its industries, its standards.

Do you just hand us a big report?
No. Reports gather dust. We deliver clarity and a plan you can act on — a prioritized roadmap, honest tool recommendations, and, when it helps, a working pilot. And because we are engineers, we can build what we recommend instead of handing off a PDF.

How is this different from your AI & Automation service?
AI Consulting is the strategy, audit, and training side — figuring out where AI belongs and getting your people ready. AI & Automation is the build side — actually implementing the workflows and features. Most clients start with consulting and move into building once the roadmap is clear.
